Micaela Hicks, also known in the VO community as Micaela Stepanovich, has been slaying the VO dragon since 2001. Having built the commercial, animation, and video game department from the ground up at Solid Talent, Micaela has a knack for building strong relationships with producers as well as talent. Able to understand and conform to the constant changes of the entertainment industry, Micaela takes things head on.
Born in El Paso, Texas and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Micaela was on the Junior Olympic Ski Team and competed in several ski races around the state of New Mexico. She has lived in LA for 19 years. An outside the box thinker who approaches all things in a positive manner, Micaela tends to do things a little different than the average agent, but it has led to building a long and successful career.
